This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Specter GTO, operated by Specter GTO LLC.
Refunds
Refunds. New Pro subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — just email us. After that, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of your billing period. Free accounts are never charged.
How to request a refund
To request a refund within your first 7 days as a Pro subscriber, email hello@spectergto.com from the address on your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you keep access to Pro until the end of your current billing period. Final cancellation mechanics are pending and will be confirmed at launch.
